(Taiwan UME EPAs Developer Workshop)
Introduction
Ins and Outs of Entrustable Professional Activities-An International Online Course,是由Prof.

Internationally, it is widely acknowledged that the successful development of national-level EPA programs requires more than a representative cohort of medical domain experts. A pivotal determinant of success lies in the profound understanding of EPAs and the shared mental models among these experts. This UME EPAs Developer Workshop adopting "Ins and Outs of Entrustable Professional Activities – An International Online Course," developed by Prof. Olle and an international faculty team, aims to collaborate with global experts in adapting and localizing the development of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) EPAs in Taiwan.

This course employs a blended learning approach, integrating a rich repository of online self-directed learning materials with four evenings of intensive online discussions led by both local and international faculty within a span of two weeks. The course is designed to facilitate a profound grasp of EPAs, covering aspects from their design and development to curriculum integration and assessment, as well as strategies for faculty development and implementation.
