- 1、尚未註冊者，請點選網站右上方的「註冊」成為網站會員2、登入後請點選「報名」，完成報名後，點選「進入課程」。3、請下載附件1「著作權同意書」，將同意書下載並列印，親筆簽名後，把紙本掃描成PDF檔或照相圖片檔。4、投稿填寫內容請參考附件2「摘要格式(空白)」，勿直接將檔案用作投稿，請將內容填寫在本網站的投稿欄位內。5、點選下方課程內容第1點「摘要投稿與簽署著作權同意書上傳 」( https://cbme.lib.cmuh.org.tw/evaluation/1 )，填寫摘要內容並將著作權同意書上傳。注意事項1、主辦單位有權利以內容性質，協助改分配至不同類別。2、請於2023年12月07日17:00前繳交。第二波上傳請於2023年12月13日17:00前繳交。3、第一波審查結果將於2023年12月13日(三)公告在網站首頁 ( https://cbme.lib.cmuh.org.tw/p/event1 )，並以電子郵件方式聯繫投稿者。第二波審查結果將於2023年12月18日(一)公告4、通過審查的摘要內容，後續將與成果公開發表至本網站。附件1：著作權授權同意書.pdf附件2：摘要格式(空白).DOCX聯絡人：
